Pitboss Matt here. I've been playing poker since some neighborhood kids taught me how to play Dr. Pepper in the secret club house in the vacant lot. Fortunately, I've managed to learn quite a bit more about poker since the fourth grade. Nowadays I prefer playing games with no wild cards, although I must admit that I occasionally stray from the standard games of Holdem, Omaha and Stud Poker into some less common games, such as Razz and Badugi. I've been playing in card rooms since the early 90's, and feel that I can hold my own in most any game I find myself in. I hope that you'll find something here that will help you improve your game, whether it be in the local casino or your neighbor's kitchen for the weekly Friday night game. | |
